Throughout his career, Mr. Joshi has predominantly served in the oil industry, particularly at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), a globally recognized Fortune 500 company. At BPCL, he held numerous senior positions and executed various engineering projects, including large terminals, LPG plants, aviation terminals, and more. He was instrumental in laying over 250 km of pipeline between Mumbai and Manmad for BPCL. Subsequently, he served as the Executive Director of Engineering, Planning, and Infrastructure at BPCL, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the company's engineering and infrastructural advancements.
Further cementing his legacy, Mr. Joshi was appointed Managing Director of Bina Oman Refinery, a joint venture between BPCL and Oman Oil Company. Under his visionary leadership, the Bina Refinery project, with an investment of approximately $2.4 billion (around INR 10,000 crores at the time), was successfully constructed and became operational. His strategic oversight and ability to manage complex operations were crucial to the successful completion of this nationally important project, showcasing his exceptional leadership and capacity to drive large-scale initiatives to fruition.
Mr. Joshi is highly sought after for his exemplary knowledge in oil and gas projects, including refinery-related engineering issues. Over the past seven years, he has undertaken numerous assignments globally, and is currently serving as an advisor to the Chairman of Suez Capital based in Lisbon, Portugal.

He earned his degree in Civil Engineering from JNTU, Hyderabad, graduating with a university rank, followed by an ME (Honours) in Civil Engineering from IIT Roorkee with third rank, and a Ph.D. from the University of Nottingham, UK. His academic journey further includes postdoctoral research at Saint Mary's University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada, and Birmingham City University, UK, showcasing his commitment to continuous learning and excellence.
Professor Saibaba Reddy's remarkable teaching career commenced at Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Hyderabad. Throughout his tenure, he has held numerous prestigious positions such as Dean, Director, Registrar, Vice Principal, and Principal of JNTU College of Engineering. He also served with distinction as the Vice Chancellor of Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology, a prominent state government university in Odisha, for over three years.
Specializing in Geotechnical Engineering, Professor Reddy has imparted knowledge and inspired countless students. His contributions have been widely recognized, earning him prestigious awards such as the ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) Award for Outstanding Paper in 1998, the Shamsher Prakash Research Award from IIT Roorkee in 2002, the Best Engineer of the Year award from the Government of Andhra Pradesh in 2009, and the Best Teacher Award from the Government of Andhra Pradesh in 2012.
Beyond his teaching responsibilities, Professor Saibaba Reddy has made significant contributions to research and literature. He has guided nine Ph.D. scholars and visited 20 foreign universities to share his expertise. With over 175 national and international research papers published and five authored books, he has cemented his status as a leading authority in civil engineering. Furthermore, he serves as an independent director on the boards of several industries, including Ramkey Estate and Farms Pvt Limited.
Professor Reddy has also planned and executed over 250 consultancy projects across various states, including Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Madhya Pradesh, Jammu, and West Bengal. His extensive consultancy work underscores his practical expertise and his commitment to applying academic knowledge to real-world challenges.

Professor A. Vinaya Babu has an illustrious 39-year career in Computer Science and Engineering education. Over his 29-year tenure as a Professor at Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad (JNTUH), he has made significant contributions to academia, holding various key administrative roles for 25 years. These roles include Head of the Department of CSE, BoS Chairman, Principal of JNTUHCE-Kukatpally, Director of the School of Continuing and Distance Education, Director of Admissions at JNTUH, and Dean of Academics at Stanley College of Engineering and Technology for Women.
Professor Babu's dual expertise in Electronics and Computer Science has enabled him to mentor 38 research scholars to obtain doctoral degrees (Ph.Ds) and publish over 150 articles in prestigious national and international journals. He has presented his research findings in the USA and Taiwan, and participated in collaborative activities with renowned institutions such as B.T.H-Sweden, Lini University-China, BOSCH-Germany, and NU-Singapore.
In recognition of his dedication to teaching, Dr. Babu received the "Best Teacher Award" from the Government of Andhra Pradesh in 2011 and the "Best Computer Science Teacher" award from the Indian Society for Technical Education in 2009. As an administrator, his achievements include initiating DEC recognition for various programs, obtaining NBA & NAAC accreditations, establishing state-of-the-art labs through TEQIP (AICTE), introducing Free and Open Source Software (FOSS) in academia, and enhancing overall institutional infrastructure and employment opportunities.
Professor Babu has also served on selection boards for universities such as OU, KU, JNTU, AU, and ANU, playing a pivotal role in recruiting top-tier faculty. His involvement as a member of the DRDO selection committee, Chair of the NBA Accreditation Committee, and contributor to NAAC accreditation and AICTE sectorial committees underscores his commitment to maintaining and enhancing educational quality.

With over 40 years of experience, he has held prominent roles, including 14 years as COO/CEO, and was the first CEO of two successful startups, IndianOil Skytanking Ltd. and IndoBaijin Chemicals Ltd. With 25+ years in project management, he has overseen the construction of LPG plants, petroleum storage terminals, aviation terminals, cross-country pipelines for BPCL, and a chemical plant for IndoBaijin Chemicals in Dahej.
Dr. Rentala has also served internationally as COO and subsequently as MD in one of the Rahamaniyya Group companies in Nigeria. Recently, he worked as a consultant to IndianOil Skytanking (a JV between IOC-India and Skytanking-US) for the design and construction of the Aviation Fuel Farm and Hydrant System at NOIDA International Airport, Jewar. Additionally, he worked as a consultant to RBML (a JV between Reliance Group and BP International) on the conceptualization and overall designing of the Chennai Aviation Fuel Farm.

He then pursued a Master of Technology at IIT Madras, where he achieved CGPA of 9.14 out of 10. Throughout his academic career, he consistently excelled, winning National Merit Scholarships.
Mr. Murthy spent over 18 years with Engineering, Design and Research Centre of Larsen & Toubro Limited, Construction Group in Chennai. He later joined BGR Energy Systems Limited, Chennai, where he worked as Senior Vice President, continuing his career until early 2024.
Mr. Murthy's expertise lies in foundation design, structural engineering, reinforced concrete structures, water retaining structures, pipe rack structures, chimneys, roads, water reservoirs, and buildings, encompassing both analysis and design. During his career, he was pivotal in designing various special structures and foundations, including tall structures such as natural draft cooling towers and chimneys. Notably, he designed the boiler supporting structure in reinforced concrete pylons resting on well foundations for a 230 MW thermal power plant for APGENCO in Vijayawada. This design was the first of its kind in Asia and the third in the world.
Recognizing his expertise in civil engineering, Mr. Murthy was nominated by L&T to the committee formulating Indian Standard code IS 15498-2004 for cyclone-resistant structures. He is a distinguished Fellow and Chartered Engineer with the Institution of Engineers (India). He has also co-authored papers on NDCT design, precast piles, battered piles, and boiler supporting pylon structures, which were published in international conference proceedings and Journals.

Mr. Omveer Singh, a Civil Engineering graduate from the University of Roorkee (now IIT Roorkee), resigned as General Manager (Projects) at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) after a distinguished 34-year career. At BPCL, he successfully executed numerous engineering projects, including large POL installations, LPG Plants/Terminals, aviation terminals, and facility augmentations.
His expertise expanded during his tenure as Project Manager for Bharat Oman Refinery Ltd. (BORL), a Rs. 10,000 Crore joint venture between BPCL and Oman Oil Company. In addition to managing the project, he handled HR and Finance, and later took on the role of Contracts & Procurement Coordinator at PMC EIL’s Head Office in New Delhi. He was responsible for tendering, order placements, quality inspections, and estates, playing a crucial role in the successful execution of this mega construction project. During this time, he gained extensive knowledge of refinery processes and authored the e-book “Refinery for a Non-Refiner,” a valuable resource for newcomers to BORL.
In his last assignment at BPCL, Omveer served as GM (Projects) at BPCL HQ, Mumbai. He was instrumental in finalizing designs, estimates, layouts, and tenders for various projects across India and contributed to preparing manuals for POL, LPG facilities, and civil works.
Recognized for his expertise, BPCL nominated Omveer as an Industry Member of the Functional Committee for OISD STD – 237, an Oil Industry Standard for lube/grease manufacturing and filling plants.
